Beacon of Hope for the Family, Inc. was formed in 2009 and is a life-changing, experiential learning program for couples seeking to marry, already married, or on the brink of a separation or a divorce. The programs combine training for rock-solid marriage with couples developing a united front and enhancing self-esteem. Our programs are designed to encourage positive emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical development.

Coaching: coaching means that we support you in becoming the best you can be. It’s important to us that you feel comfortable when we speak, so I don’t mind taking the time for an informal initial conversation.

I have helped thousands of clients develop in both their careers and personal lives during my 30 years in practice. Customers have express to me and I guarantee that every committed client I have worked with has achieved results that far surpassed their initial expectations.

Faith based life guidance is more than a job to me; it is my dearest mission. I truly believe that leading an extraordinary life is possible for everyone. And nothing satisfies me more than helping individual and families find this out for themselves.

I deliver high-impact, results-oriented coaching and guidance to individuals and families. I work with executives, managers, entrepreneurs, families, and creative professionals in business and private issues. I specialize in social leadership, faith based guidance and group dynamics.

Throughout each presentation, participants will have the opportunity to develop personal skills to facilitate success in their everyday life. Additionally, participants will become comfortable with making choices that benefit their overall well being. These choices will bring them closer to achieving their personal and family objectives. Participants will be exposed to intensive practice sessions on personal development. The participants will experience drastic improvements, becoming empowered and self-directed as they work towards improving their family relationships and parenting skills.

A good coach requires extensive professional training, a great deal of life experience, and a continuous process of self-reflection. Here is a little summary of my professional qualifications:

I hold a master’s of science degree in Managerial Leadership from National Louis University.

I trained with the prestigious United Way Organization.

I worked in Academic and Student Affairs for at least twenty years (Teaching, Mentoring, and Academic Advising and Counseling).

I have taught Family stabilization courses for more than twenty years.

Aside from my professional competencies, I engage in a continuous learning process, attend seminars, and study all current professional developments relating to this specialization.

Mr. Phil Thomas, a dynamic motivational speaker and educator. He has been a Manager, academic advisor/counselor, instructor and trainer for more than 30 years. He holds degrees in marketing and managerial leadership from the University of South Florida and National-Louis University, respectively. Over the years, Mr. Thomas, a loving husband and father, has presented numerous workshops for thousands of parents who are divorced or separated; many of whom would ask, “Why did we not get this information before we were married?” He has recognized the need of large numbers of couples who are faced with the dilemma of pursuing unfulfilling and unsatisfying relationships, marriages, careers and/or lifestyles. His mission is to assist and motivate these couples to build healthy and lasting marriages. His professional passion motivates him to promote principles that are the Foundation for a Successful Marriage. Mr. Thomas has participated in many marital workshops and applies time-tested spiritual principles to develop the essential skills for a secure and satisfying marriage: God’s Foundation for a Successful Marriage Program/Workshop
