Emotional Intelligence – Understanding the root causes of your emotions, the emotions of others, and how to use them, can help you to effectively identify who you are and how you interact with others

• • This course is intended for individuals at all levels who want to increase their communication effectiveness personally and professionally.  By understanding, mastering, and incorporating their skills in emotional intelligence towards their journey to success. Emotional Intelligence is defined as a set of competencies demonstrating the ability one has to recognize his or her behaviors, moods, and impulses, and to manage them best according to the situation.

This emotional intelligence workshop is designed to help you in the following ways:

• • Define and practice self-management, self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, and empathy.

Route To Reaching Your Goal – Preparing for the journey

• • This presentation uses the analogy of driving to your desired destination (Goals).  Today we are taking a cerebral journey.  You will be a series of landmarks, challenges, and situations, to discuss and share ways to triumph over them.  On this mental drive, I will provide a few tips to aid us.  This journey is titled, “Route to Reaching Your Goal”.  At the end of our intellectual trip, I will offer you a few words to live by as we go our way to pursue our own destinations.  Join with me now as we begin The Route to Reaching Your Goal.

• • Divorce is one of the most stressful changes in your life.  It changes people from partners in marriage to single individuals again, and can result in loss of love and affection, traditional family and home, emotional support and financial stability.  It is important to understand what to expect and how to cope with divorce.  In America today, half of the couples getting married will be divorced with ten years.  For, the more you know about it, the better you will be able to cope with possible changes.  We are here to help our children cope with a situation that they have no control over; however the situation will affect their developing stage.  Therefore, it is essential that this matter be handled with care.  We are not here to preach, but facilitate the seminar, and we hope that you find the information that is provided helpful.
